COVID SAFE-ARRIVAL

POLICY

We're implementing a SAFE-ARRIVAL protocol to keep things socially-distanced, and squeaky clean for all of our guests during your visit! This arrival system will be in place for every future appointment until further notice.


PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:

 

  • When you get parked, TEXT your service provider to let her know you're waiting outside. Wait in your car until you receive a response. Don't know who you're seeing? Check your confirmation email before arrival!

  •  We will reply "I'M READY!" when it's cool for you to come inside for your appt. There will no waiting in the lobby until further notice.

  •  Face Masks are required when entering the lobby.

POLICY

 

Children are not permitted in the spa and cannot accompany you to your appointment. We don't have the facilities to care for children and cannot ensure their safety in our work environment.....(Sharp objects, expensive + dangerous machinery, and lots of breakables). 

 

Additionally, we do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. If you arrive with a child or minor, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for a time when you can come solo, AND you will be subject to the same-day cancellation fee in this instance, as it is stated within our spa policies. 

Your understanding ahead of time is greatly appreciated. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Last-Minute Cancellations hinder us from best serving other clients and really impact us as a small business.

 

  • Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows will incur a 100% charge of services missed. Arriving 15 minutes late after your appointment time has begun can be considered a no-show and will incur a 100% charge. The Local Esthetic and businesses within require 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. As you book with us, you agree to the policies held within Glitter and Moss, Honee Studio, and The Brow Bar.  

  • PLEASE CANCEL 24 hours ahead. If you or a family member living in your household has symptoms or has been diagnosed with COVID, the flu, or any other contagious illnesses, a cancellation fee may still apply if proper notice isn't given.

 

  • Keep in mind that we were shut down for 25% of the year and our business suffered. Appointment times are in high demand. We reserve your appointment time especially for YOU. If you no-show, last-minute cancel, or arrive too late for us to service you, YOU remove the possibility for US to fill that spot. Ugh! We hate to charge you, but we hate no-shows, too! There will be no "waiving" or laxity on this policy. Thank you for agreeing to and understanding this before booking!

With the reminder system we have set in place, it's very easy to stay abreast of your appt! 

We have a reliable system in place to keep you aware and well-notified of your upcoming appointments.

 

It's simple: You receive an email reminder 48 hours ahead at the email address you entered upon booking.

 

24 hours ahead, you receive a text reminder where you can cancel your appointment through the booking site.

THIS IS THE TIME TO CANCEL.

 

You can text your service provider upon receiving your reminder to avoid a same-day/no-show charge. You can find contact info for your provider through the booking site OR the Contact tab to reach them directly.
